You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products free of charge (in metropolitan france).

outside metropolitan france : the return costs are at your charge.

the items you wish to return or exchange must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or dirty).

Metropolitan france - procedure :

Returns

1. Make your return request via mail to hello@shopdearjuliette.com

2. An email with the carrier's slip to be stuck on your parcel as well as a return slip will be sent to you. You will have to print the return slip and include it in your parcel: it will be used to identify your return, so it is important to include it in your package.

Then, deposit it in the post office or the pickup point of your choice. 

4. You will also receive an email when your return request is processed.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, you have to return the product you don’t want to and reorder again on our eshop.

Refunds

We will refund at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your parcel, if the return has been made in accordance with the rules set forth above. E-mails will be sent to you to follow the processing of your return request and to confirm the refund.
